How do I organize my faxes and folders, and rename faxes?
Online faxing and account organization within the Web interface is made simple by your ability to maintain fax records and personalize files and folders within your account.
To create a new folder, just click New Folder, enter a folder name, click OK, and your new folder will appear in your folder list.
To move files between folders, view your list of received faxes in your inbox, select the fax to be moved, and select Move File; choose the destination folder from a drop down list.
To rename a file, merely click Rename after selecting your intended file.
