Receive and Send a Fax Online
How do I send and receive faxes via the web?

To securely send a fax through the Web site simply sign in to your online account. Through our email to fax service, you may send and receive messages, maintain a contact list through your Address Book, and retain records of past and current fax messages thanks to our extensive file support.

Step 1
Sign in to your account using your username and password

Click Send a Fax once your My Folders screen appears
Step 3
Select an existing contact from your Address Book or enter a new recipient
Step 4
Fill out your Cover Page information through the Subject and Message fields
Step 5
Select the document(s) you wish to fax and add as an attachment. Supported file formats include:
  • Adobe Acrobat PDF
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS PowerPoint
  • Group 3 TIF image
  • HTML
  • Plain text

Click Send
Step 7
Check the status of sent fax messages through the Sent Folder feature or you may choose to receive confirmation emails through your email to fax service account settings.

You may also choose to receive faxes through the Web interface.
